About This Project

An innovative investment opportunity re-development built by Countrywide Developments. A previously uninspiring 1960’s office building has been substantially remodelled including the construction of an additional floor of accommodation to create 15 apartments and 6 ground floor retail outlets.
The company has since drafted a re-designed scheme for a Travel lodge Budget Hotel to be added on the upper parts at this Crossrail Corridor site.
